This form is if you have a complaint with the Ohio High School Mock Trial Competition. If you would like to notify OCLRE of a scoring error or if you would like to submit an item for the competition committee to review, links will be provided to that online form in the confirmation email once this form is submitted.

*Please submit this form within 3 days of competition. Complaints will only be reviewed by OCLRE if this form is received.*
